All of our technicians are highly trained and qualified to RSPH Level 2. Our company is an Accredited member with our trade association the National Pest Technicians Association to ensure the highest quality service to our customers.
Our standard pest control programme includes an agreed number of routine surveys to be carried out (depending on the risk of re-infestation) at equal intervals throughout a year. Permanent bait/non-toxic indicator points are located throughout your premises both inside and on external walls and perimeter walls and fences. During the survey our technician will determine if any pests have invaded the premises and if so, take action to eradicate the infestation while on site. All materials used to eradicate an infestation and any additional visits required are included within the cost of the contract.
We provide your premises with a pest prevention manual and report book, which will include all the relevant safety and technical data for pesticides used on your premises. This will comply with all aspects of the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986, and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1999, and our own risk assessment of the site in accordance with our Health & Safety Policy for employees. Field inspection reports are completed by our technician every time he or she visits your premises which will include any proofing recommendations thus reducing the risk of re-infestation to a minimum. We will also complete a full environmental risk assessment to ensure we are only killing target pests and protecting our wildlife, birds, voles and raptors from secondary poisoning.
